I take a functional & integrative perspective to help you make tweaks to your food & lifestyle habits to help you to start to uncover some of the root causes of your health challenges and feel better as soon as possible. We will cover sleep, movement, food & stress.

You will receive a detailed intake form to fill out, we’ll do a 1 hour session using zoom or phone, and afterward you will receive some health information.  If you want to continue working together after this session, I offer a healthy habits coaching package.
